Backing up and sharing your collection
A collection record is only useful if it survives a lost phone or a cleared browser. A few minutes now saves hours later.
Where your Vault lives
Without an account, your Vault is saved in this browser on this device. Clearing browsing data, switching browsers or losing the device can erase it.
Two ways to keep it safe
- Cloud save. A free account keeps a copy in your account and syncs it across your devices. If two devices change it at once, TH3 COLL3CTIV3 asks which copy to keep instead of overwriting one silently.
- Backup file. Download a backup from the Vault page and keep it somewhere safe. You can restore it later, replacing or merging with what’s there.
Sharing without oversharing
A share link shows your collection or one binder, read-only. It never includes what you paid, cert numbers or notes, and values appear only if you choose. Anyone with the link can open it and pass it on, and a copy someone has already saved can’t be pulled back. Turning a link off stops it working from then on. Shared pages ask search engines not to index them, but that is a request, not a lock.
