Effective January 1, 2027. These terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid memberships, usage credits and optional paid features.
1. Plans and price disclosure
At checkout, we will show the plan name, price and currency, billing interval, taxes, included features, AI credit allowance, any trial length, first-charge date and renewal amount, and a clear order summary immediately before purchase, and ask for your express consent to recurring charges. Plans: TH3 COLL3CTIV3 Plus and TH3 COLL3CTIV3 Pro. Prices: TH3 COLL3CTIV3 Plus US$19.99 per month; TH3 COLL3CTIV3 Pro US$29.99 per month (planned prices — not final until approved). Billing interval: monthly, renewing automatically until you cancel.
2. Authorization and renewals
If you purchase an auto-renewing plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed price and applicable taxes at each renewal until cancellation. Renewal notices and affirmative consents will be provided where required by law. We will not charge until you complete checkout authorization.
3. Trials and promotions
If offered: trial length none — TH3 COLL3CTIV3 does not offer free trials; price after trial not applicable; how the trial end date is shown not applicable; reminders not applicable; eligibility not applicable. A free trial will convert to paid only where legally authorized and clearly disclosed. Promotional prices and duration must be stated at enrollment.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel through Profile → Manage billing (Stripe’s secure billing portal) and by emailing cardcafeadmin@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation must be no more difficult than enrollment where applicable. We will send confirmation to the email address on your Stripe account.
5. Refunds and billing disputes
Proposed policy: fees are nonrefundable for completed billing periods except where required by law, expressly promised at checkout, or granted in Company’s discretion. Billing disputes: cardcafeadmin@gmail.com within 7 days, without limiting statutory payment-dispute rights.
6. AI credits and fair use
A paid plan may include no AI checks per billing period (AI credits are not part of current plans). Additional credits cost not applicable and expire not applicable only if lawfully disclosed. Rollover: not applicable. Failed checks: not applicable. Unused credits on cancellation: not applicable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.
7. Price changes and service changes
We may change future renewal prices after [Price Change Notice] notice and any consent required by law. You can cancel before the new price applies. Material reductions in paid functionality will be handled consistently with advertised commitments and applicable law.
8. Failed payments, taxes and receipts
We may retry failed charges as authorized, notify you and suspend paid access after [Grace Period]. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Receipts and subscription terms are available at Profile → Manage billing.
