Effective January 1, 2027. These terms supplement the Terms of Service for Rarivelle Plus and Rarivelle Pro. Where these terms and a store’s rules differ for a store purchase, the store’s rules and mandatory law control the billing parts.
1. Plans and prices
Plans: Rarivelle Plus, $19.99 per month, and Rarivelle Pro, $29.99 per month, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax shown before you pay. Each plan’s features and limits are listed on the Premium page and beside the purchase button.
Before you subscribe we show the plan, the amount charged today, the renewal amount and how often it renews, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel, and we ask for your express agreement to the recurring charge.
2. Where you subscribe decides how billing works
Your Profile page shows which channel your plan came from and links to the right place to manage it. Some options, such as plan changes, discounts and refund handling, depend on the channel and on mandatory law.
| Purchase channel | Who bills you | Manage or cancel | Refund requests |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rarivelle website | Stripe, for Rarivelle | Profile → Manage billing (Stripe’s customer portal). If you can’t reach it, email cardcafeadmin@gmail.com. | cardcafeadmin@gmail.com, under section 5 |
| iPhone or iPad app | Apple | Your Apple Account subscription settings (Apple subscriptions). Rarivelle can’t cancel or refund Apple purchases. | Apple’s refund process |
| Android app | Google Play | Google Play subscriptions (Play subscriptions). Rarivelle can’t cancel or refund Google Play purchases. | Google Play’s refund process |
3. Renewal and authorization
Plans renew automatically every month on the date you subscribed until you cancel. For web subscriptions you authorize Rarivelle, through Stripe, to charge the renewal price shown at checkout plus applicable tax each month until you cancel. Store subscriptions are charged by Apple or Google under their terms.
Renewal reminders and other notices required by law will be sent as described in a reminder email that our payment processor, Stripe, sends to the email address on your billing account before each renewal charge (for App Store and Google Play subscriptions, Apple or Google sends any reminders).
4. Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then ends. Web subscriptions: cancel any time in Profile → Manage billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. App subscriptions: cancel in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting your Rarivelle account is separate from cancelling. If you delete your account while a web subscription is active, we turn off its renewal first. Store subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them with Apple or Google, so we show you where to do that.
5. Refunds
Web subscriptions: cancelling doesn’t by itself entitle you to a refund for the rest of the current period. We give refunds where the law requires, where we have expressly promised one, or in our discretion. Contact cardcafeadmin@gmail.com within 7 days about a billing problem; this doesn’t limit any statutory or card-network dispute rights.
App subscriptions: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their procedures and your legal rights.
6. Changing plans
Web upgrades (Plus to Pro) take effect immediately. You’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, and the amount is shown before you confirm. The upgrade applies only if that payment succeeds. From your next renewal you pay the Pro price.
Web downgrades (Pro to Plus) take effect at your next renewal; you keep Pro until then and can undo the change before it applies.
In the apps, plan changes follow Apple’s or Google’s purchase flow and timing.
7. Creator-referral offer
If you arrive through an approved Rarivelle creator’s link and subscribe on the website, your first paid month is 20% off: $15.99 for Plus or $23.99 for Pro, plus applicable tax. After that you pay the regular price, $19.99 or $29.99 per month, until you cancel. The offer applies to a new web subscription only; it can’t be combined with a promotion code, and it isn’t available for App Store or Google Play purchases.
The creator is compensated: they earn a commission on what you pay. Creators see only totals (for example, how many people subscribed through their link and their commission), not your name, email or payment details. Attribution follows the Creator Agreement: the most recent creator link you followed within 30 days.
8. Trials and credits
No free trial is offered at present. Current plans don’t include or sell AI credits; plans include daily allowances (such as card scans and Concierge questions) shown on the Premium page. If we offer trials or credits in future, their terms will be shown before you buy.
9. Price and feature changes
We may change the price of future renewals after giving notice under [Price Change Notice] and getting any consent the law requires; you can cancel before a new price applies. We won’t reduce what you’ve paid for in a way that’s inconsistent with what we advertised or with applicable law.
10. Failed payments, taxes and receipts
If a web renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and we’ll tell you. Paid access may end after [Grace Period] if payment isn’t completed. Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where they apply. Receipts for web subscriptions are listed on your Profile page with links to Stripe’s receipts; store receipts come from Apple or Google.
